Rolf Art
Sorry 'bout the pic quality, but take a close look.......Goody, goody, yum yum....
Beautiful day even for September, in Trafalgar Square for Rolf Art...
Another poor quality photo, did I really take that one? No must have been Jes.
There's the Rolf boy, the boy from Bassendean. He's still a big celeb over here, you can just see one of his security staff in the light blue jacket. This whole event was called Rolf Art, trying to get the public to take an appreciation in some culture, instead Premiership football and X-Factor :-(o)
Me with Jes and Nic, drawing some pics of Nelson Column, see we were getting kultured.
This is some sort off mish-mash of pictures of the famous Constable painting, I'm not that cultured to know the title but I do not it's a Constable (without a google), impressed? Looks like a number of painters painted a different piece then collected them all and stuck 'em together, effective.
Ok, I couldn't stay away from google. Its the Hay Wain, 1821.
The Jester that scared the living crap out of Jes.
But he was funny and Jes soon cracked a smile and laugh.
The inevitable speccy shot.
M. Lisa done in a similar style to the constable.
Some fat git dressed up like he had a big roast lunch. Bastard.
Traf Square on a sunny day. Blue skies. We sat down close to here and got chatting to a couple from Sydney, Frenches Forest, just up the road from Killara. Small world.
Mona again.
Later, we walked from Traf Sq to Covent Garden. Jes was a right moo-cow on the way. Managed to catch a performer on the square. This guy was damn good. Prior to this bit he was juggling seven balls. At the end, when it was time to pay some dosh, he had guy planted in the crowd who started the donations with 10 quid, this obviously got the crowd going, oldest trick in the book. Later as we were walking away we saw the performer give the 10 quid back...
But he was good.
Is that a crafty face?
Nic, wow it's been a busy day.
